The Story
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved theology. As the daughter of a former pastor loving Jesus came easy. I was raised in a household where going to church and having Bible studies were normal. I learned to lean on my faith for everything. Anytime my dad got frustrated with anything financially, I’d jokingly repeat the words he (annoyingly) said to me when I was weary, “The LORDDD will PROVIDEEE.” I can still hear him saying it.
Fast Forward to adult life, you quickly learn that not everyone was raised in your “normal.” You got to college. You travel the world. You realize there are so many different outlooks. Respecting all religious freedoms, I became interested in what others believed. Researching other religions only deepened my belief in Jesus. See, with Him – it’s personal. It’s not religion, it’s relationship. He makes it personal. I can’t wait to share more about how he made it personal for me.
Pause at Easter 2020. Due to COVID-19, it was the first Easter Sunday that the would couldn’t go to Sunday Service. To give people a breakdown of who Jesus actually was, I decided to film a study I’ve been working on for two years: Who is Jesus from the Christian, Jewish & Muslim Perspectives. My thesis is meant to prove the Godship of Jesus using holy text, sources outside of scripture and science. It uses “kind apologetics” not meant to offend (it is a sensitive topic) but to inform.
